Discover San Diego during a city tour that visits it all. Journey through downtown’s vibrant Gaslamp Quarter with its old world buildings that were once home to Wyatt Earp.
Travel along the Embarcadero’s harbor taking in wonderful views of the longest serving aircraft carrier in U.S. Navy history, the USS Midway. Packer Fan Tours' visit to Coronado Island offers a thrill for lovers of heights as we cross the Coronado Bridge. Beautiful beaches and charming streets are second only to Coronado’s unique National Historic Landmark, the Hotel Del Coronado.
The tour continues through Balboa Park, once home to the first World’s Fair, it is now a place of many beautiful and unique museums. Another can’t miss portion of the tour, La Jolla, consistently amazes travelers with its laid back beach life and boutique shopping. Today, it is known as the Jewel of the Pacific. Temecula Wine Country

Temecula is Southern California’s Wine Country and less than 60 miles north of San Diego. Packer Fan Tours' professional local guide will board our coach in San Diego & will keep us entertained as we drive north on Hwy A1A along the Pacific Ocean to Temecula Valley.
You will have time to stroll along Old Town Temecula’s wooden boardwalks and shop the specialty boutiques, antique stores and art galleries. In addition to its wines, Temecula is known for its olive oils. You will have the opportunity to visit the Temecula Olive Oil Company tasting room during your Old Town visit. Given a shoppers map, Packer fans are on their own to have lunch and explore the tasting rooms and curio shops.
On the route to the wineries, our guide will take you on a scenic drive, sharing intriguing information about Temecula’s history, microclimate and Native American lore. Following a scenic route passing equestrian ranches, vineyards, citrus orchards and stately mansions. Thornton Winery, perhaps Temecula’s most popular winery, is the destination for a very unique private tasting & production area tour including a variety of wines will be offered with their signature item, Almond Champagne, perhaps the talk of the visit.
Churon Inn and Winery is the final stop for wine tasting. A full service winery featuring a 22 room inn, this beautiful facility overlooks the peaceful Temecula Wine Country from atop a vineyard cloaked hill. Winemaker Bennie has been receiving wonderful feed back for the reds he is producing.
